There is a dedicated parking and viewing area for our disabled guests on the inside of Knickerbrook corner. For access, please follow signs for public parking, then directions for label holders. Please ensure a blue badge is clearly displayed and visible to traffic marshals and await direction.

Carers of our disabled guests may be entitled to free admission at MSV's race events. This must be arranged in advance. For details on how to apply click here.

Yes, a baby changing facility can be found in our Chequers Bar and Restaurant near the paddock entrance.

Parking is free of charge for all public car parks.

We do not have a cash machine on site, but all our restaurant / bars accept credit card payments.

Please head to the Fogarty Moss Centre which is located in the middle of the circuit overlooking Cascades corner. If you are no longer at the venue, please give our help desk a call on 01829 760301.

No, the public are not allowed two wheeled vehicles in spectator areas. Bicycles are also prohibited in the public areas.

Yes – you are welcome to do so, including alcohol. Please note our Chequers Restaurant and Bar near the paddock entrance will be open throughout race weekends, serving a wide variety of dishes and offering very good value.

The pit lane area will be limited to relevant passholders, however the paddock will be fully open to the public (unless otherwise stated).

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

Drones / UAVs are not permitted for use at the venue on any event day.

Visitors to events at all five MSV circuits can benefit from the use of free WiFi.

The service can be accessed from the pit garages and spectator grandstands at Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton and Oulton Park, plus venue restaurants (including Cadwell Park). This scale of coverage is unprecedented amongst UK motorsport venues.

To access the facility, provided free-of-charge users simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI from their smartphone, tablet or PC and connect.

This free service is also available throughout the week, incorporating trackdays and testing in addition to weekend race events.

Spectators may bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

For all grade D club level race meetings the main gate, Knickerbrook gate and East Gate will be open. For smaller (grade E) meetings, just the main gate and Knickerbrook gates will be open (and East Gate will be shut). This is in line with expected attendance. Deer Leap bridge will be open for all events, so that the spectator viewing areas normally accessed via East Gate can still be accessed on foot. All e-tickets are sent instantly to the email address associated with your MSV account. Pleas ensure your contact details are kept up to date, and keep an eye on junk/spam folders.

Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate at all our race meetings, by cash or card payment. Please note some events are advance ticket only - these will clearly be marked on our website.

All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:

For the fastest access into the venue, we recommend that you print your tickets.

You can also show tickets on your mobile phone, however to avoid delays we recommend downloading and saving these to your device. Please ensure you keep your phone fully charged and turn the brightness up when at the gates.

MSV is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for tickets unless the event is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances under its direct control.

We offer senior citizen discounts at selected events. Please note these reductions are only available at the gates, where age can be easily verified. When such discounts are offered, there will be no prospect of the event selling out.
